Every zzzarit quote comes from one published rate card. Whoever asks, the price is the same.
Same rate for every client
We don't price by event size or who you are. Selected configurations are calculated from the same internal rate card and delivered by email.
VAT included
Quoted amounts include VAT. The number doesn't grow at payment time.
No hidden fees
Anything billed separately — shipping, printed badge materials — is spelled out at the quote stage.
Adjustments only go down
Printed items like paper badges are often adjusted DOWN after we confirm the actual print quote. Never up.
Billed by the day
Daily billing instead of the industry's 4-hour blocks. Your event running long never costs extra.

Common Terms
- ✓All quoted amounts include VAT.
- ✓Kiosk rates include hardware rental plus content development and installation.
- ✓Contents that print include a base consumables allowance; additional consumables are billed at cost.
- ✓Quick configurations select commonly paired solutions at once and do not apply a separate discount.
- ✓Shipping and transport costs are billed separately.
- ✓Issuance items (wristbands, badges) are billed at material cost.
- ✓KakaoTalk, SMS and email share 1,000 included sends; each additional send is ₩50.
- ✓The base server quote covers up to 1,000 concurrent users; higher concurrency requires a separately scoped server configuration.
- ✓Internet must be provided at the venue — a Wi-Fi connection is all we need.
- ✓Event staffing (part-timers, etc.) is not included — we always visit on-site for installation and setup, and train your staff so operations run smoothly.
- ✓Payment is made either by card on-site, or via tax invoice — for tax invoice payment, work begins only after 100% advance payment is confirmed.

- How do I get a quote?
- Combine the solutions you need in the calculator on this page and leave your contact info — a detailed quote is emailed within 5 minutes. Quotes and consultation are free.
- Does pricing differ by client?
- No. zzzarit runs on fixed prices: one rate card, the same basis for every client. We never mark prices up based on event size or organization.
- Are there hidden fees?
- No. Quotes include VAT, and anything billed separately — shipping, badge/wristband material costs — is spelled out at the quote stage.
- Will the price go up after signing?
- Not for the same configuration. Printed items like paper badges are often adjusted down after we confirm the actual print quote based on quantity and paper spec.
- How is kiosk rental priced?
- A day-one base rate plus a per-additional-day rate; events of 6+ days switch to a flat rate with a lower effective daily cost. Billing is by the day — no overtime charges. Photo booth printing includes a base media kit, with anything beyond billed at cost and disclosed up front.
- Are packages discounted bundles?
- No. Packages are quick configurations that add solutions commonly used for a goal. The same fixed rates apply, and you can freely add or remove items afterward.
- Is on-site event staffing included?
- Event staffing (part-timers, etc.) is not included, but we handle on-site installation, setup, and operator training ourselves. Dedicated on-site operators can be added as an option.
- How does payment work?
- Choose between card payment on-site or a tax invoice. For tax invoices, work begins after 100% advance payment is confirmed.
- What kinds of events is this for?
