Coordinate and book
zzzarit checks availability, terms and quotes with the venue's rental desk and makes the booking. You pay the venue directly for rental, F&B and equipment.

Add services and execute
If you also need on-site operations, staffing, equipment or production, each item is added to the quote.

What does the booking service cover?

zzzarit handles the booking process and communication with the venue's rental desk. On-site operations, staffing and equipment can be added when needed.

Who pays the venue?

You pay the venue directly for rental, F&B and equipment. zzzarit does not pay venue costs on your behalf.

How is the fee set?

The booking fee is based on the total payable to the venue and is shown in your quote; it is paid before we proceed with the booking. Additional services are quoted per item.
