Device rollout and operating guide
Badge-mounted recorders distributed per booth with usage and notice wording.
zzzarit's booth meeting lead records let trade show organizers capture each booth meeting with one tap, then receive per-meeting summaries and booth outcome sheets on the same day.
A good fit when booth results are collected by survey or phone after the event, leaving only meeting counts and no record of what was discussed.
Try the tap, summary and booth outcome-sheet flow using a fictional booth. No audio is recorded or transmitted.

Recording assumes the booth representative, a party to the meeting, carries the device. We still recommend notifying visitors in advance and allowing them to decline, and we agree notice wording and refusal handling before the event. We do not provide legal advice.
Untapped meetings are not recorded. Briefings and usage guidance are part of rollout, and same-day sheets let you correct behavior the next day.
Automatic summaries are drafts; they do not guarantee factual or numeric accuracy. Noisy booths and multilingual meetings reduce recognition quality. Critical fields such as amounts or product names are structured so a person confirms them.
The baseline assumes a badge-mounted device close to the speakers. Booths beside stages or speakers can see lower recognition, so we review booth locations and meeting-table setups in advance.
Multilingual meetings can be captured, but translation and summary quality depend on the language and recording conditions. Certified translation review is not included. Share the required languages up front.
Yes, we configure the fields to match it. Highly open-ended narrative fields are difficult to fill from summaries, so we refine them together.
The organizer decides what is shared back with each exhibitor. Shared fields, delivery method and separation from other booths' data are agreed in advance.
The standard scope is rental and operation for the event period. Ongoing ownership is scoped separately.
Booth count, concurrent meetings per booth, event days and outcome fields. Retention and delivery cadence can be decided during consultation.
Stop counting meetings as done or not done. Keep what was actually discussed and receive it as a same-day outcome sheet.
