Can pre-registered attendees and walk-ins be managed together?
zzzarit connects an existing roster or a new registration form to QR issuance and check-in. When walk-in registration is included, new submissions can proceed to check-in and badge issuance. We agree on attendee identifiers, on-site add/edit permissions and duplicate check-in rules during preparation.
Can one provider handle the event website, QR check-in and badge printing?
zzzarit can combine its event website and pre-registration service with QR registration and access. We first scope the form fields, QR delivery, credentials, printing equipment and on-site operations. The delivered-work section below shows actual screens for QR-based individual and team attendance, representative NFC badge linking and program arrival checks.
Can check-in handle families or teams?
Yes. Define individual and team check-in separately. For a team, staff can confirm the actual party size and link a representative badge. Badge count and attendee count remain distinct.
Does an NFC tap immediately complete entry?
That depends on the operating rules. The tap can retrieve the team and booking, followed by a staff check of the program and party before explicit entry confirmation.
Can we import an existing attendee list?
Yes. We review its format and required fields, then prepare it for QR issuance and check-in.
Can walk-ins be processed immediately?
Yes. A walk-in form can lead directly into check-in and credential issuance.
Can several entrances operate at once?
Yes. We size scan lines and operator screens around expected arrivals and the venue flow.
Can badge or wristband issuance be included?
Yes. We connect the selected credential and field equipment to the completed check-in step.
Do you train the event-day operators?
