Where extra charges come from, stated upfront
Throughput, equipment, and setup differ by event, so a single price list would misstate the real cost. Amounts come in the quote; what is included and where extra charges arise is listed here in full.

At-cost items
Unit cost shifts with quantity and spec, so the quote states the basis and the amount is confirmed at order time.
Charged separately
Not part of this quote. We define the scope separately when needed.
Where an extra charge applies
- Wristbands, badges and other issued items — at cost, by material, size and quantity
- Messaging beyond 1,000 combined KakaoTalk, SMS and email sends — at cost per send
- Photo booth prints — one media kit (1,400 prints) included. Extra kits are listed at cost per kit with no markup; if you prefer, we name the model and you buy it directly
- Venues outside Seoul and Gyeonggi — equipment transport by location
- More than 1,000 people online at once on registration or booking pages — server scaling scoped separately
- Additional event days, dedicated on-site operators, and unlimited structural changes after sign-off — separate scope
- Applying ready content to an existing system is included. Content planning and new functions are scoped separately.
- Payment — card on-site or tax invoice; with a tax invoice, work starts after the 100% advance is confirmed
