Before you decide
Are we buying the platform or using it for one contest?
The standard service configures zzzarit’s existing platform for one contest and an agreed usage period. Source-code delivery, ownership transfer and independent installation on your infrastructure are excluded and require a separate development consultation. Recurring events and extended usage are scoped separately.
Do you also handle applicant inquiries and judging operations?
Platform configuration and usage guidance are separate from applicant support, correction follow-ups and judging coordination. Specify any operating assistance and its duration. Judge recruitment and winner selection are not included in the standard scope.
Who can build a contest entry and online judging system in Korea?
zzzarit configures contest-specific forms, text, link and file entries, judge assignments, weighted evaluations and scheduled result publication. University competitions, institutional idea calls and corporate design contests can be scoped against their entry rules, judging process and operating support needs.
When should we use a contest platform instead of Google Forms and spreadsheets?
A basic form and spreadsheet may be enough for collecting applications and reviewing them manually. Consider a contest platform when you repeatedly manage drafts, final submissions, corrections, judge assignments, score aggregation and result publication. zzzarit configures the parts your process needs.
How should we compare contest management providers?
Compare entry fields and file limits, submission history, judge access, criteria, weights and rounds, publication approval, retention and deletion. Test the same contest rules from entry to results, and separate included support from additional integrations.
Can we assign entries to judges and manage weighted scores?
Entries can be assigned to judges and evaluated against weighted criteria. Rounds, assignment rules and final approval permissions are agreed with the organizer. The system does not guarantee judging fairness or automatically decide winners.
How are submitted works and personal data handled?
Agree on fields, file formats, storage limits, operator and judge access, retention and deletion before intake. Storage and operating arrangements depend on the contracted scope. The public demo does not collect real entries or personal data.
Can we use our own branding?
We apply organizer logos, colors and contest information. Custom domains, deployment and the operating environment are scoped separately.
Do you judge entries and select winners?
We provide the system for evaluations and result management. The organizer owns the criteria, judge recruitment and winner decisions; judging services are not included.
Are entry payments and prize payouts included?
They are not included in the base scope. Any required external payment or payout integration needs a separate feasibility and scope review.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Share expected entry volume, entry dates, submission materials, judging rounds, judge count, publication needs and support duration. Undecided items can be clarified during consultation.
