Can you adapt the Haemi experience to another event?
Yes. We use the delivered Return to Haemi 1421 experience as a reference for connecting locations, stories, missions and progress. Your route, number of stops, content, design and operating period determine the agreed delivery scope.
Do visitors need a kiosk or an app?
Visitors use their own phone browsers. Kiosk rental and app installation are not required for the standard participation flow. We review venue internet access and guidance needs together.
How many guides attend?
When an information booth is installed, two guides attend. Their first operating day is included. From day 2, staffing is calculated as two people × additional operating days × the standard daily general-staff rate. Without an information booth, guide staffing and guide fees do not apply. Working hours and duties are agreed beforehand.
How is pricing handled, and how does this differ from a simple QR tour?
This product combines stories, missions, progress records and completion screens. The emailed quote separates production from additional guide days when a booth is installed; VAT is extra. A simple QR visit or stamp collection request is scoped separately and does not automatically use the game-based production price.
Start with what you need
Where and for how many days will the tour run? Do you need an on-site information booth?
Your use case carries over. Review your selections before requesting an emailed quote.
