Installation, training and handover reduced dedicated on-site staffing costs.

Before

The client needed experience content developed, equipment installed and its own team trained to operate it.

After

We developed the experience content, installed the equipment, trained the operators and handed over event operations to the client.

K-ICT WEEK in BUSAN took place at BEXCO from September 9 to 11, 2026. Working with 주식회사 라쿤, zzzarit developed the experience content, installed the equipment and provided operator training and handover. The client ran the experience during the event, reducing the cost of dedicated on-site staffing.

A booth visitors could interact with

The AX Lounge included kiosks that visitors could operate themselves. The event photos show people examining the screens and touching options on the displays.

The delivery also addressed who would operate the equipment after installation. zzzarit handled setup and training so the client could take over during the event.

Developing the experience content

One of the concepts discussed during preparation was a five-element reading. Result descriptions were expanded to explain strengths and points to consider based on stronger and weaker elements. A web-game-style visual direction was also proposed.

zzzarit developed the experience content and shared a functional version, followed by reviews of result descriptions and design. Equipment installation and the handover of operating responsibilities were prepared alongside the content.

The kiosk UI we developed

The opening screen introduces career, connection and compatibility readings. Visitors then choose a topic. The interface uses event branding and a background featuring Busan landmarks.

Visitors enter their name using the on-screen Korean keyboard, then select their birth date and time before viewing the result. The flow uses touchscreen controls without an external keyboard.

The result screen combines the chosen reading, a balance chart for the five elements, and an interpretation connected to places in Busan. Print and restart controls appear at the bottom.

What zzzarit delivered

  • Experience content development and screen reviews

zzzarit staff attended the installation. Once the equipment was set up, we trained the client’s operators and handed over the experience for them to run.

Reducing dedicated staffing costs

The client handled operations during the event. zzzarit staff attended installation but did not remain on site throughout the event. Training and handover were included in the delivery so the client could take over.

This reduced the cost of keeping a dedicated zzzarit operator on site. Events with their own operators can consider a package combining equipment, content, installation and training. Additional on-site staffing can be scoped separately when needed.
