Before you decide

Can applicants submit YouTube links?

Link submission can be scoped. Specify accessible sharing settings and who requests a correction when a judge cannot open a link.

Do direct video uploads cost the same?

Do not assume that. Formats, file sizes, total volume, downloads and retention require review. Conversion and streaming are separate features.

Can we handle judging ourselves?

Yes. Choose intake only. Judge assignment and criteria are scoped when online evaluation is required.

Are we purchasing the system permanently?

The standard approach uses the existing platform for one program and an agreed period. Source delivery, your own server and ongoing operation require separate scoping.
