What we can configure
- Participant and time selection based on the existing meeting booking service
- Planning company fields and request confirmation rules
- The existing booking demo illustrates slot selection only; it is not a full operational demonstration of mutual-approval matching.
Outside this scope
- AI recommendations or guaranteed business outcomes
- Interpreters, on-site staff and operational support are separately scoped
- Approval and allocation features are not all included by default

Before you decide
How is this different from slot booking?
Slot booking selects an available time. A business meeting may also need the other company's approval, which introduces pending and confirmation rules.
Can companies approve requests?
You can request this workflow. We confirm response deadlines, counteroffers, permissions and delivery availability before agreeing the scope.
Are tables and interpreters assigned automatically?
They are not promised as standard. Allocation rules, conflicts and organizer overrides need review. Providing interpreter personnel is separate.
What should we prepare?
A company list, public profile fields, meeting schedule and approval owner are useful starting points. Unresolved items can be discussed.
Start with what you need
Is a selected slot confirmed immediately, or does the other company need to approve it?
Your use case carries over. Review your selections before requesting an emailed quote.
