PLAN YOUR OPERATING RULES
QR and NFC participation campaign scoping
Plan what happens after a scan or tap, from content interaction to requests for coupons or stamp trails.
Adjust the scope next. Undecided details are welcome.
From participation to operation
You want visitors to participate through posters or store tags, but need to define where content ends and reward operations begin.
Start with a scan or tap
Define how visitors reach the campaign through QR or NFC.
Define completion
Set content or question completion rules. Coupon issuance and location stamps require separate states.
Check and close
Assign staff checks, rewards, duplicate handling, expiry, error recovery and end-of-campaign links.

Scope to plan together
- Related content, shared-screen and tag entry services as starting points for discussion
- Scope and development needs determined after confirming completion rules and operational ownership
- Related demos show individual participation or display effects, not coupon issuance, redemption or stamp completion.
Outside this scope
- Coupon and stamp operations are not offered as ready-to-use standard features
- QR or NFC alone does not guarantee identity or physical presence
- Reward sourcing, distribution and abuse prevention need separate review

Before you decide
Is coupon redemption the same as QR participation?
No. Issuance, redemption and expiry need states beyond entry and completion, plus staff checks and recovery rules. These are separately scoped.
Is a stamp trail ready to use?
It is not promised as a standard product. Visit checks, completion, rewards and corrections need review before delivery scope is confirmed.
Does NFC prevent repeat participation?
A tap alone cannot establish identity or block duplicates. Agree the required restrictions and verification method separately.
What information should we send?
Locations, dates, a rough participant journey, rewards and the on-site owner are useful. Unresolved details can remain open.
Start with what you need
Does participation end with content, or do you need coupon redemption or stamp completion checks?
Your use case carries over. Review your selections before requesting an emailed quote.
