BEXCO parking operates 24 hours, with free exit within 15 minutes. Rates vary by vehicle type.

• Disabled visitors, national merit recipients, compact cars, and low-emission vehicles are among the published discount groups.
• Confirm organizer and exhibitor parking support under the event contract.

Both Exhibition Centers 1 and 2 have loading areas; confirm the access gate and work window for the contracted hall.

• Setup/teardown vehicles registered as freight vehicles with 80- or 90-series plates receive three hours of free parking. This is automatic in freight parking; contact parking control when leaving general parking.
• Free parking is not a permitted loading/work window. Confirm vehicle height, weight and working hours separately.
• Coordinate routes and security staffing for large equipment with the hall manager.
