Approved provider

Events with meals or receptions at DCC must use the venue's approved catering provider, including coffee and refreshments.

  • The official guide lists Lotte City Hotel Daejeon at 042-250-1588~9 as the catering contact.
  • No public outside-food exception is stated; confirm any exception with the rental manager before contracting.

Parking

Paid · organizer passes

Parking is free for 30 minutes, then KRW 500 per 15 minutes, capped at KRW 10,000 per day. Organizers receive passes according to the rented space.

  • The official guide lists 403 spaces at DCC 1 and 734 at DCC 2, for 1,137 total.
  • Pass quantities vary by room; each DCC 2 exhibition hall is listed with 20 organizer passes.

Freight & loading

Hall-specific weight limits

Vehicles with a total weight of 2 tons or more cannot enter DCC 1 halls; the limit is 5 tons or more at DCC 2.

  • A previously reported guard from an approved security provider must be stationed at the loading entrance.
  • Driving or stopping over hall trenches is prohibited, and vehicles cannot enter after electrical power has been supplied.

Power, cabling & telecom

Approved contractors

DCC maintains approved-contractor categories for electrical work and telecom; event power and cabling must be checked against that list and with the hall manager.

  • The official approved-provider directory can be filtered by electrical facilities, telecom, and other trades.
  • For DCC 1, electrical/elevator inquiries use 042-250-1552 and telecom uses 042-250-1557.

Banners & wayfinding

Battens or freestanding only

Banners and wayfinding should use the provided battens; other promotional material must be freestanding, such as X-banners.

  • Attaching materials to interior or exterior walls with tape or nails is prohibited.
  • Event or exhibition use of the lobby requires separate coordination and a fee.

Contract & documents

Staged payment & filing

Exhibition-hall booking proceeds after the application and event brief; the published schedule is 20% at contract, 30% at 90 days, and 50% at seven days before use.

  • After contracting, coordinate construction, layout, hazardous-material safety, and organizer filings with the hall manager.
  • Regular exhibition applications and performance/concert applications have separate windows; confirm the period for your event type.
