EXCO operates a registered-contractor system for exhibition electrical, telecom, water, drainage, and related work.

• West Wing floor boxes list power, wired internet, water, drainage, and compressed-air infrastructure.
• Confirm loads, feeder routes, and the work schedule with a currently registered provider and the hall manager.

Exhibition halls have wired LAN infrastructure, but event service must be ordered for the required room, speed, and duration.

• Public facility pages do not guarantee free Wi-Fi capacity for concurrent event users.
• Request a registered telecom-provider quote for streaming, fixed IP, isolated networks, or high concurrency.

Meeting-room guidance includes catering coordination, so confirm menus, service routes, and any outside-food allowance before contracting.

• Request banquet seating and coffee-break service together with the room booking.
• Public materials do not establish blanket permission for outside catering, food trucks, or alcohol.

The West and East Wing halls differ in location and floor load, so gates, loading windows, and routes must be confirmed per hall.

• Submit layouts and vehicle specifications for heavy exhibits and obtain a floor-load review.
• Confirm vehicle restrictions after power-on and any required security staffing during work-plan review.

The official site shows live occupancy for West Wing Lots 1 and 2 and East Wing Lot 3; event support and current rates require confirmation.

• Organizer and exhibitor voucher quantities and settlement methods may vary by rental contract.
• Coordinate bus and equipment-vehicle holding areas separately from visitor parking.

Booth, electrical, rigging, and heavy-item work requires layouts and work plans for advance review by the venue and registered providers.
