Parking

785 spaces · free

GSCO's official overview and FAQ state that all 785 outdoor parking spaces are free to use.

  • The venue does not operate a permanent shuttle, so organizers must arrange one when needed.
  • For busy events, coordinate coach and equipment-vehicle holding areas and parking staff in advance.
02

Food & catering

Separate partner contract

The venue's kitchen partner, Mulberry Catering, separately contracts refreshments, lunch boxes, buffets, and banquet service.

  • The official page lists 50-person minimums for buffets and 20-person minimums for set meals and lunch boxes.
  • Menus and prices are negotiable; confirm any outside-food exception with the venue before contracting.
03

Contract & documents

Contract three months ahead

Exhibition-hall rental uses a three-month-ahead contract schedule, with deposit, midterm, and balance payments plus company profile and other filings.

  • The published schedule is 20% deposit, 30% midterm payment at D-3 months, and 50% balance plus utility deposit at D-7 days.
  • Additional facility requests must be filed separately by D-7 days.
04

Loading & vehicles

Loading dock access

Equipment and exhibit items move through the loading dock and exit in reverse order; exhibit items above 1 ton per 1㎡ require pre-approval.

  • Exhibit items and components must enter through the loading dock.
  • Construction and storage must align with the dock route and pre-approval rules.
05

Setup & construction

Registered contractors

The construction company must be on GSCO's designated list; two-story structures are allowed if conditions are met, but the overall height limit is 6m.

  • Advance GSCO approval and consultation are required before installation.
  • Fixture construction proceeds only with venue-specific consent.
06

Waste & restoration

Renter responsibility

The renter is responsible for waste disposal during the event, and post-event restoration and settlement notices are part of the official process.

  • Restoration to original condition is explicitly required at event end.
  • Settlement results and tax invoices are issued within seven days.
07

Safety, security & parking staff

Adequate staffing required

The guide instructs organizers to staff security guards and parking attendants sufficiently and charges maintenance fees for additional facility use.

  • Coordinate with GSCO for all matters from preparation through rehearsal and event operation.
  • Overtime requires a separate request; regular hours are 08:00 to 20:00.
08

Power & utilities

Utility settlement

Maintenance fee settlement includes electricity, HVAC, water/sewer, and overtime charges.

  • Power capacity and cabling routes require event-specific drawings and consultation.
  • Electricity cost is included in the operating settlement items.
Verification standard

Unknowns stay explicitly unknown.

This guide does not replace booking or contract terms. Policies can change, so reconfirm them with the venue before placing final orders.
