The venue's food and beverage division provides catering throughout the center, with set menus, buffets, lunch boxes, and coffee breaks.

• Published menu prices exclude VAT and can be tailored to event scale and budget.
• Confirm outside-food or third-party-provider allowances separately for Center 1, Center 2, and the rental contract.

The official guide lists 400 spaces, the first hour free, then KRW 1,000 per 30 minutes, capped at KRW 5,000 per day.

• Large vehicles are capped at KRW 10,000 per day; published discounts require supporting documents.
• Confirm any additional organizer or attendee support before contracting.

Event Halls A–C publish a 2.3m cargo-entrance height and 2,000kg-per-square-meter floor load.

• Include equipment loads, distribution points, water use, and telecom lines in the event plan.
• For Center 2, also confirm utility charges and any deposit for restoration or equipment damage.

Event-hall communications infrastructure is published, but free Wi-Fi coverage and dedicated-line speeds and rates require event-specific confirmation.

• Request a line quote that separates registration, streaming, fixed IP, and concurrent-user needs.

The rental process requires event, technical, advertising, and work documents to be filed and approved at defined stages.

• The published process calls for an event plan 15 days before and final related filings seven days before the event.
• Confirm bonding and safety-document requirements immediately if an outside contractor is not venue-approved.
