Velotic Day Korea 2026 took place on November 3, 2026, in the Bordeaux Room at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. We worked with W Korea to set up QR check-in and walk-in registration, coordinate badge production, and provide equipment setup and on-site technical support.
From QR scan to badge pickup
The desk had two jobs: check attendees in and hand them the right badge. We agreed with W Korea to print badges for preregistered attendees in advance. The check-in screen showed a large color and number so staff could find the matching badge. Blue was for customers, green for partners and orange for Velotic staff.

Live attendance on mobile
The live attendance dashboard showed total check-ins with duplicates removed, separate counts for preregistered attendees and walk-ins, and how many preregistered attendees had yet to check in. Staff could also see the breakdown by badge color.

One desk for preregistered attendees and walk-ins
Staff could look up preregistered attendees by name or organization when they couldn’t show a QR code. A separate QR sign directed walk-ins to on-site registration. We confirmed badge dimensions, name formatting and sponsor logos with W Korea, and prepared badge holders and orange Velotic lanyards for the desk.
