Setup & teardown

Advance submission

Exhibition halls require a technical-support request, floor plan, and participant list at least 14 days before opening.

  • Meeting rooms use a pre-conference meeting 15 days before the event to finalize the operation plan, seating, and equipment.
  • A 10% deposit is required before space reservation, followed by staged mid and final payments.

Power & cabling

Designated contractor

Electrical work in the exhibition halls follows designated-contractor rules, and local lighting may not exceed 100W per square meter.

  • Booth wiring, lighting, and heating equipment are installed by COEX-designated contractors.
  • The regulations spell out main-breaker, grounding, and distribution requirements.

Waste & cleaning

Organizer responsibility

Non-recyclable waste may not be piled on the loading dock, and the organizer is responsible for cleanup and disposal.

  • After the event, food waste, decorations, and debris should be removed on schedule.
  • Waste left at the loading dock can be treated as a rule violation.
