Eleven days earlier, medical, nursing, and social welfare students became teams at Suwon Convention Center. On July 3, 2026, the results of that day took the stage. Lake Park Ballroom, Courtyard by Marriott Suwon. Students, faculty, and stakeholders from three schools — 51 people — gathered again.

What remains after a program ends

An education program doesn't end on the day. What was done, what students gained, what changes next — a funded project is complete only when the outcomes are organized and shared. That's how the RISE Medical Education Innovation IPE program worked too. zzzarit, which ran the June 22 program, carried straight through to the session that shared its results.

The day became data

After the opening and welcome remarks came the program overview and outcome analysis — pre/post surveys and team outputs, distilled into numbers. Then the highlight video from June 22, shot on-site by zzzarit's crew and edited for the screening. Students laughed as they spotted themselves on screen.

Then the students' turn. Program participants stepped up to the podium to share, in their own words, what changed after spending a day with teammates from different disciplines.

Dinner, and a photobooth

After the official program came dinner and networking. Students who had been teammates sat at the same tables again.

In one corner stood zzzarit's photobooth — shoot, and it prints on the spot. A device for turning a formal report session into something attendees carry home. The line in front of it didn't thin out until the event ended.

FAQ

What was the IPE Program Outcome Sharing Session?

A session sharing the results of the Ajou RISE IPE program (Together in Care) held on June 22, 2026. 51 students, faculty, and stakeholders from three schools attended for outcome analysis presentations, a highlight video screening, student reflections, and dinner networking.

When and where was it held?

July 3, 2026 (Friday), 5:00–6:40 p.m. at the Lake Park Ballroom, Courtyard by Marriott Suwon, followed by dinner and networking.

What did zzzarit handle?

PM, merging four presentation files into one unified deck, name badge and table placard design and production, editing and screening the June 22 highlight video, photobooth operations, and on-site staff.

Can zzzarit provide a photobooth for events?

Yes. zzzarit builds and delivers photobooths that print instantly on-site. Attendees operate it themselves, so it runs without dedicated staff — and it can be added to report sessions, workshops, or networking events on a per-day basis.

What's the advantage of one team running both the program and its report session?

Photos and video from the program day become the report session's screening material as-is, and the team that knows the on-site context builds the session — no handover cost. zzzarit runs the program and its report session as one connected project.
