How does admission work on event day?

  1. Preregistration and admission instructions

    Start from the organizer’s form or roster and agree on attendee fields, invitation types, QR issuance and instructions.

  2. Walk-in registration and QR check-in

    Scan preregistered attendees’ QR codes and give walk-ins a separate registration path. Choose preprinted badge pickup or on-site issuance.

  3. Paid admission and reporting

    For paid events, agree on who handles payments, ticket issuance, cancellations and settlement, then define what the dashboard should count.

We worked with W Korea at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam on November 3, 2026. The QR scan displayed a color and number for preprinted badge pickup, and the mobile dashboard showed preregistered and walk-in check-ins.

Can you handle registration and ticketing at COEX and COEX Magok?

Our company records confirm registration and ticketing fields at both venues. We check the hall, dates, organizer rules and assigned duties to agree on scope.

Are ticket payments, refunds and settlement included?

Paid ticketing is scoped per event. We first confirm payment methods, ticket issuance and validation, refund rules, and who handles settlement.

Can I ask about another exhibition hall or hotel?

Yes. Share the venue, expected attendance, and whether you already use a roster or ticketing platform. We can review equipment, internet, load-in rules and venue-specific requirements.
